From The Owner

I founded this title search company in 1993. As a graduate Research assistant in the legal studies department of the University of Illinois, I spent a lot of time researching issues and retrieving information. I started to notice that there was a tremendous demand for public records information and decided to specialize in real estate information. My background in legal information retrieval and studies in legal research allowed me to offer full title search services to my clients. After obtaining my Masters Degree in Legal Studies, the business became a full time endeavor and has grown substantially since its inception. I attribute our continued growth to our people: careful screening and training of all personnel and our unique “do whatever it takes” attitute towards customer service. We value all client relationships and will continue to provide the highest standards of service and confidentiality. We are your experts in title research.
