Jess Barker founded Title Search Direct in 1993 after recognizing tremendous demand for accessible, comprehensive title intelligence. With a Master’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Illinois and three decades navigating public records nationwide, Jess built the operational capability to deliver institutional-grade reports at democratized pricing—serving investors, attorneys, and title professionals across all 50 states.
